04 Plant Relocation & Technical Assessment
Pre-owned and shut-down industrial plants can provide an attractive alternative to new-build facilities, particularly where investment cost and implementation time are critical. Successful relocation, however, requires much more than the technical assessment of the existing plant.
Support can extend from identifying suitable plants and prospective buyers (future owners), through condition assessment and feasibility evaluation, to the integration of engineering companies, dismantling contractors, logistics providers and other specialized partners required for relocation and reinstallation.
